Please make sure to read all of my Terms of Service before commissioning me.
By commissioning me, you agree to everything stated in this document.
Before requesting a piece, please take a moment to look at my art style and make sure it aligns with what you want.
Also be sure to review the list of what I will and won’t draw so your request fits within my boundaries.

TERMS OF SERVICE1. General Information
• I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.
• Prices may change depending on the complexity of the character, design, background, or overall request.
• You must be 18 years old or older to commission NSFW artwork.
• By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Payment
• I currently accept PayPal only.
• All payments must be made in GBP (£).
• Commissions require a 50% upfront payment before work begins and the remaining 50% once the artwork is completed.
• The client is responsible for any currency conversion fees, bank fees, PayPal fees, or other payment-related charges.
• Final artwork will not be delivered until full payment has been received.
• No refunds will be given once the sketch has been approved and final rendering has begun.
• Any chargebacks will result in an immediate and permanent blacklist from future commissions.3. Process & Communication
• Please provide clear references and as much information as possible when placing your order. Even rough sketches can be helpful.
• I will provide updates at agreed stages of the commission process (sketch, line art, colouring, etc.).
• Please let me know about any changes before I begin line art or colouring.
• Major changes requested after the sketch stage may require additional fees.
• You may request up to two minor revisions after the final artwork has been delivered.
• Additional revisions may require extra fees depending on the complexity of the changes.
• Please respond to messages in a reasonable amount of time so the commission can progress smoothly.
• If I do not receive a response from you for 14 days, the commission may be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.4. Deadlines & Delivery
• My usual turnaround time is around 3–7 days depending on complexity, workload, and real-life circumstances.
• If I need additional time, I will let you know as soon as possible.
• All finished artwork is delivered digitally via email or a Google Drive link.
• Artwork will only be delivered after the final payment has been received.5. Refunds & Cancellations
• A refund may be requested if I have not yet started work on the commission.
• Once the sketch has been completed or approved, refunds are generally no longer available.
• No refunds will be given after final rendering has begun.
• If I need to cancel a commission for personal reasons, you will receive a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.
• If there has been no progress on your commission for two consecutive months, you may request a refund.
• If your commission has not been completed within four months, you may request a refund.
• These conditions do not apply in situations beyond my control, such as illness, emergencies, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.6. Usage Rights
Personal Use
• All commissioned artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights have been discussed and purchased.
• You may post the artwork online as long as proper credit is given.
• You may not remove my signature or watermark.
• You may not claim the artwork as your own.
• You may not resell, redistribute, reproduce, or profit from the artwork without my permission.
Commercial Use
• Commercial rights are not included by default.
• If you wish to use the artwork commercially, this must be discussed before the commission begins.
• Commercial use may require an additional licensing fee.
• My artwork may not be used for AI datasets, AI training, image generators, machine learning projects, or similar technologies.
• My artwork may not be used for NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, blockchain-related technologies, or similar future technologies.7. Artist Rights
• I retain all rights and copyright to my artwork unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• I reserve the right to post commissioned artwork on my social media, portfolio, website, and other promotional platforms.
• If you would like your commission to remain private, this must be discussed beforehand.8. Client Conduct
• Please communicate respectfully throughout the commission process.
• Harassment, abusive behaviour, discrimination, threats, or repeated disrespect will not be tolerated.
• Such behaviour may result in cancellation of the commission and being blocked from future commissions.
• Refund eligibility in these situations will be determined based on the amount of work completed.9. Agreement
By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms listed above.
